About program:  
 
The program starts on February 12 and lasts for 2 to 6 months, depending on the position. You can apply until December 15. Below you can read basic information about each program and application. Also, we kindly recommend a visit to our landing page. 
 
 
Marketing Intern 
 
  • Locations: Rijeka. 
  • Duration: 6 months. 
  • Final-year undergraduate (BA/MA) students in marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field can apply.

  • What will you do? 
 
  • CMS Management: Regularly update and manage pages to ensure that content is always current and accessible. 
  • Design and Development Training: Enhance skills in design and development to contribute creatively to our projects. 
  • Liaison Role: Act as a link between the HQ and regional teams, facilitating smooth and efficient communication. 
  • Project Execution: Oversee the successful completion of projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and outcomes are satisfactory. 
 
 
Digital Customer Success Intern 
 
  • Locations: Zagreb, Vodnjan. 
  • Duration: 6 months.  
  • Undergraduate (BA/MA) final-year students in business faculties can apply.

  • What will you do? 
 
  • Proactively working on hand-raisers and inquiries from all Self-Service customers to ensure their high-quality experience, resulting in their satisfaction and further growth.  
  • Building strong relationships and generating new business opportunities for the Infobip sales team.  
  • Educating the customer base on the nuances of the product to unlock value  
  • Finding ways to increase user adoption/activation. 
  • Actively suggesting how to improve UX on Self Service. 
  • Retaining current customers and analysing their consumption.  
  • Having an excellent overview of business, competition, and latest industry trends. 
  • Engaging and collaborating with different teams to optimize Selfservice workflow.  
  • Creating flows and resolving frictions in Selfservice by working closely with Product team. 
 
 
Customer Support Intern 
 
  • Locations: Zagreb, Rijeka, Vodnjan.  
  • Duration: 6 months. 
  • Final-year undergraduate (MA) or a final-year undergraduate (BA) engineering, technology & applied science student can apply.

  • You will go through our onboarding program where you will learn about our products, solutions, and business.  
  • You will learn how to attend to customer inquiries and problems are quickly resolved professionally, in varying critical and non-critical situations.  
  • You will learn how to give clear and accurate information to clients in minutes.  
  • You will learn how to find workarounds when issues appear and can understand client needs.  
  • You will grow your technical expertise in many areas and specifically develop your troubleshooting skills and mindset. 
  • You will help with improving internal processes, customer experience and the quality of service we are providing. 
  • We'll show you how complex business is conducted in a simple way and how to navigate in 3300+ employee company.  
  • You will get a glimpse of the future carer in the Tech space.

Customer segment intern 
 
  • Locations: Zagreb, Vodnjan.  
  • Duration: 6 months. 
  • Final-year undergraduate (MA) or a final-year undergraduate (BA) in Business, Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • Conducting research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. 
  • Assisting in the formulation and evaluation of business strategies and recommendations. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for strategic projects. 
  • Supporting the creation of strategic presentations and reports for senior management. 
  • Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies. 
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions. 
 
 
People operations Intern 
 
  • Locations: Zagreb 
  • Duration: 6 months. 
  • Final year student of Human Resources, Psychology, Economy or a related field.

  • What will you do? 
 
  • Administrative and documentary support in the POP area processes. 
  • Administrative support of the HR supportive tools (LMS). 
  • Participating in projects from all aspects of HR such as Internship, Onboarding, internal POP events and employer branding activities. 
  • Supporting senior team members in operations tasks (coordination, LMS tracking, reporting, feedback collection). 
  • Presenting the company at career fairs and at different events. 
  • Market research for best talent practices. 
  • To learn and practice by running own workshops. 
 
 
Internal communications intern 
 
  • Locations: Zagreb 
  • Duration: 6 months. 
  • Final-year undergraduate (MA) or a final-year undergraduate (BA) in Business, Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • What will you do? 
 
  • Assist in creation of compelling and effective internal communication materials, including videos, social media posts,newsletters, emails, and announcements. 
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information and insights for content creation. 
  • Creating, editing and publishing communication content (messages, blogs, videos, photos) on internal channels. 
  • Work closely with the team on keeping the content on internal channels up to date and relevant. 
  • Contribute to the development of social media campaigns to promote internal initiatives. 
  • Assist in measurement and presentation of the results of communication activities. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with organizational goals. 
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events.
