Your impact in this role:
- Participation in the daily work of the controlling team in marketing controlling
- Responsibility for looking after Marketing's performance and budget
- Participation in the development of budgets and plans
- Assistantship in the month end closing
- Providing reports for different stakeholders
- Using finance tools for monitoring finance and accounting, analyzing the data
- Ensuring the respect of procedures and best practices of Internal Control organization

Our ideal profile:
- Has recently finished faculty or is in his/her final years of studies, preferably pursuing/has a degree in economics / finance
- Is business driven & passionate analytical researcher
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential as the role involves close liaison with the Marketing team
- Shows emphasis on proactivity, is able to present ideas
- Has great planning and follow up skills, detailed-oriented
- Is great in numerical and analytical skills and is able to handle complex
- Is proficient in Excel; first experience with SAP and reporting systems would be appreciated
- Ability to work in an ever changing & demanding environment
- Is able to work on short deadlines with pressure
- Is a person who can work independently on tasks
- Previous internship/ working experience in controlling are plus
- Speaks English fluently and is native Croatian or Serbian speaker
