During the program you will craft your career by:

• 10 months departmental rotations within local commercial organization with mainly focusing on the sales, marketing and customer excellence departments
• Learning from coaches, mentors and sponsors who will provide outstanding know-how and corporate insights so you can grow
• Working side-by-side with sales representatives and supervisors in the field on different regions, our wholesales and key account managers and professionals in customers excellence and marketing
• Learning and experiencing what business impact means in different commercial areas
• Experiential learning and hands-on experience leading small projects

 
What are we looking for?

• Master’s degree in Economics obtained not more than 2 years ago and readiness to take over permanent role starting from September 2021
• During your studies, you were engaged in various student projects, student associations and activities
• You are fluent in English and do not have any fear of using it in all kinds of communication
• Advanced PC skills, especially Excel
• You always want to learn more and love challenges
• Highly developed communication and influencing skills
• Analytical mindset to drive solutions, consultancy approach to effectively manage and initiate change
• Ability to generate innovative solutions and proactively building relations
