Located in Croatia and Slovenia, our company makes sure card business operations are run smoothly 24/7. We are looking for a student to join our Organization Department.
The hired candidate will:
• Actively work on development and documentation of standards, best practices and system usage procedures,
• Participate in development and configuration of Document Management System features (such as user interfaces, access profiles, and document workflow procedures),
• Manage daily operations connected to documentation management (i.e. end users support, monitoring quality of documentation)
• Support analysis and documentation of Company’s processes,
• Maintain Company’s organization structure, corresponding documentation and job descriptions.
