- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Post and process incoming invoices according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Post and process employee travel expenses
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Interact with clients by phone and email
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with audit process and other accounting projects

- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Attention to details & ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and/or accounting software
- Loud and proactive thinking when challenging pops-up
- Brave heart who dares to “think out of the box” but keeps the box in order 😊
- Excellent command of English
- Ability to work full time
