Customer oriented, taking the initiative to follow up with customers or staff and
ensuring that their requests have been addressed. She/he is empathetic and sort out
issues promptly. She/he also shows flexibility and is available to support others
especially during critical periods.

Role
The candidate will be responsible for office and social media assistance.
Tasks
- Assistance to CEO with daily administrative activities
- Coordinate events & courses
- Organizing schedules and preparing necessary documentation
- Responsible for Social Media: adding content to the web page, LinkedIn,
- Facebook and Twitter accounts, monitoring the overall progress of members, etc.
- Designing tools for the company and different services to offer (web, templates,
- PowerPoints, etc.)
- Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management,
- planning and control of projects
- Liaising with service providers
- Maintaining company financial records/reports
- Maintaining confidential records
- Compiling summaries/reports from multiple inputs
