L'Oreal is looking for Junior Logistics Coordinator (m/f)

Your impact in this role:
 

• Daily supervision of logistic partner activities: receptions, orders preparation, deliveries
• Follow up of correct stock operations
• Managing special operation process of labeling
• Coordination of goods reception and POS reception in SAP
• Coordination of transport flows and customs operations: daily contact with forwarder company and customs broker
• Reporting and KPI follow up

Our ideal candidate:
 

• You have recently graduated or you are in your last years of faculty, able to work full-time
• C1 - Internal use
• You are self-starter, open minded, with lots of initiative, able to be independent in work
• Preferably, You have up to two years of professional / intership experience (preferably logistics or customer care)
• You have excellent analytical and numerical skills, able to handle complex subjects, with attention to detail
• You are fluent in English and have strong Microsoft Office (Excel) skills. Moreover, SAP knowledge would be advantage.
• You are able to clearly convey the message in communication with various internal & external stakeholders
• You are business driven & eager for achieving and outperforming targets
• You show emphasis on proactivity and being independent in his/her work, is able to present ideas
• You are native Croatian speaker
