Risk Management Associate (m/ž) - Samsung

Risk Management Officer is responsible for checking risk items defined by HQ guide and managing vendor registration process in the subsidiary. The work encompasses conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors.
 
The position includes:
 

• Payment audit
• Checking AR and promotion reconciliation status
• Checking payment and budget for promotions monthly
• Vendor performance check
• Vendor registration process check
• Vendor committee preparation
• Preparing materials for internal policy workshop

 
 
Qualifications needed:
 

• University degree (preferably in economics, accounting, or business management)
• 1 year of experience in the field of auditing / sales management
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
• Strategic and creative thinker who excels in execution
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Advanced level of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
• Drivers licence B category
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
• Ability to work under pressure and under deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to work independently and take action to achieve position goals and objectives
