YOUR JOB
• entering, tracking and categorizing incoming invoices
• creating outgoing invoices and tracking their billing
• preparation of documents for external accountants
• assisting the Head of Finance in creating financial reports on a regular basis
• gathering information and preparation of internal reports and presentations
• up-to-date with tax law changes
• other needed administrative tasks
YOUR PROFILE
• a student of Finance, Accounting or Economics available for 25+ hours weekly
• comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office products
• excellent communication skills
• excellent organisational and time-management skills
• a high level of personal responsibility, meeting deadlines, precision
• ability to handle fast-paced environment
