JOB BRIEF
- Ensuring a positive customer experience and sharing the image of the Roca brand
- To to be a Roca service ambassador locally and globally
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding customer needs and taking care of their issues
- Organizing the customer service in terms of processes, tools and planning
- Accepting, analyzing and confirming a customer's order
- Deal with third parties and customers via all communication channels
- Responsibility for relationship with customers, distribution center and production
- Application of legal regulations, internal regulations, orders in the field of commercial
- operations
- Understand tools like order management and delivery tracking
- Responsibility for the accuracy of export documentation and keeping records
- Connect with Roca Croatia sales and marketing plan and warehouse staff to
- anticipate customer requests
- Support distributors of Roca brands to help them manage the requests of customers
- Identify improvements areas to increase efficiency and customer trust
COMPETENCIES
- Skills and knowledge
- University graduate, preferably Economy or Traffic Engineering
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and able to learn specific Roca software
- English and Italian language knowledge min B2 level is must
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Methodical and organized at work
- SAP expereience is advantage
