This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone at the start of their career in travel or reservations. In this role, you’ll support our trip operations by booking services like hotels, transport, and activities to help every journey run smoothly. You’ll work closely with our suppliers and internal teams, gaining valuable experience in the travel industry while helping to craft unforgettable travel experiences. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role based out of our Zagreb, Croatia office.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
- Knowledge of regional trip operations in FIT, Tailor-Made, MICE, and small group travel.
- Experience in reservations, sourcing, and supplier management within the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with travel-related systems and strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers.
- Creativity in sourcing great contacts and suppliers for group travel experiences.
