We’re looking for a Reservations Coordinator to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia on a 1-year fixed-term contract covering parental leave. This is a hybrid role, ideally with a replacement in place by mid-April.
Reporting to the Reservations Manager East and North Europe, the Reservations Coordinator will be part of the Reservations team within the DMC, providing support in booking hotels, public transport, and activities for organized trips across the regions. You’ll work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure smooth operations, high-quality experiences, and strong supplier relationships.
This role is perfect for someone with tourism and reservations experience who enjoys building relationships, problem-solving, and supporting operations in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of regional trip operations in FIT, Tailor-Made, MICE, or small group travel
- Experience in tourism or hospitality, reservations, sourcing, or supplier management
- Ability to build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Personal/professional travel experience in Intrepid destinations
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required
