- Assist in preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify billing data with the sales department
- Ensure all billing information is complete and in compliance with company policies.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist in maintaining accounts receivable records.
- Support reconciliation of payments and invoice tracking.
- Respond to basic internal and external queries related to invoicing.
- Help maintain digital and physical records of billing documentation.
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
