The Erasmus+ project ACCESSIBLE, in which the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb was involved as a partner, was completed at the end of April 2025. In addition to the EFZG, universities from Hungary (Pécsi Tudományegyetem - University of Pécs), Poland (Uniwersytet Im. Adam Mickiewicz W Poznaniu - Adam Mickiewicz University) and Romania (Universitatea Sapientia din Cluj-Napoca - Sapientia - Hungarian University of Transylvania) were also involved in the project. Various activities were carried out as part of the project. The main results of the project include the publication of a book entitled The theory and practice of accessible tourism in Central Europe - implications from an international project cooperation (Prof. Nevenka Čavlek, Ph.D. and Associate Prof. Vanja Krajinović, Ph.D. are part of the author team) and the implementation of a pilot training for teachers and students, the aim of which was to raise participants' awareness of the specifics and importance of travel for people with disabilities, the implementation of accessibility solutions and universal design at the destination level.
The dissemination of results includes the publication of scientific papers, participation in international scientific conferences and the publication of a special issue of the journal Acta Turistica, which deals with issues of accessible tourism. In addition, the Croatian research team participated in the national conference on accessible tourism organised by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports.

We would like to thank all partners for the successful implementation of the project activities and look forward to future cooperation!
