Poslovna izvrsnost - Business Excellence is a scholarly journal, established in 2007 and published twice a year (June and December) by the University of Zagreb Faculty of Economics & Business.
The journal operates a double anonymized peer-review process (minimum two independent reviewers) and is published as a Diamond Open Access journal (no APCs or submission charges), ensuring free and immediate access for both authors and readers.
It publishes high-quality theoretical and empirical research in the fields of business performance, quality management, and organizational excellence.
All articles are available through Hrčak and additionally archived in the journal’s dedicated Internet Archive collection. Digital preservation is further supported through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) / LOCKSS. All articles are assigned DOIs through Crossref.
