A broad area of interest is the application of information technology in business, with a focus on the application of methods and tools for modeling business processes and the development of information systems. Current research deals with modeling and changing business processes due to digital transformation, process automation, development and implementation of software robots of integrated enterprise information systems (ERP), supply chain management (SCM), customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital business ecosystems.
