Dalia Suša Vugec is currently employed as an assistant professor at the Department of Informatics, Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. She graduated in managerial informatics in 2012 at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics & Business, where in 2020 she earned her PhD. In 2012, she received Dean's Award for Excellence for her graduate thesis. Dalia attended additional education at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, as well as at the University of Zagreb. She actively participated in several scientific projects. She is the author and co-author of many papers published in international scientific journals and presented at international scientific conferences, and is a reviewer for several international scientific journals and conferences. As a former member and president of the Croatian Students Association, she was also actively involved in the organization of numerous projects and conferences like the Days of the European Union, International Week Zagreb, etc. Her main research interests are digital and information literacy, digital trace, business process management, robotic process automation, digital transformation, knowledge management, social media and networks, Web 2.0 services and technologies, and e-learning.
