Vipnet started a tenure for the second generation of Vip alumni program

After a successful first edition of the program Vip alumni, which for most of the 11 participants, resulted in employment in their organization. Vipnet, as part of corporate social responsibility "Do the right thing", launched a tenure for the second generation. This year, 24 young highly educated candidates who graduated in 2015, will get a chance to gain their first work experience through the extended one-year program of paid professional and business development at Vipnet.

 

In one year, Vipnet will invest more than 100 thousand kunas in each candidate through a salary, which will amount to 6,000 kuna gross; education, international exchange programs and other benefits. Alumni will be assigned to departments in the sector of the market; technical, financial and general sector where they will have a job description and will be involved in the creation and development of relevant projects. Throughout the year of the Vip alumni program, the development of the candidates will be observed by Vipnet's department of human resources management, a mentor assigned to each alumni as well as superiors to guide their progress and they will also have the support of the members of the first generation of the VIP alumni program, who will be there giving advice.

 

By joining the program, candidates will, in addition to the development of business and organizational skills, become permanent members of the Vip alumni community and participate long-term in its activities. Alumni will at all times be able to seek advice from their mentors, and in addition to the gained experience, knowledge and a letter of recommendation, all participants will receive a certificate for a successful completion of Vip alumni program.

After the selection process, the 24 most successful candidates will be given the opportunity to participate in the Vip alumni program and will have their first working day in Vipnet in April.
