Poslovna izvrsnost - Business Excellence is a scholarly journal, established in 2007 and published twice a year (June and December) by the University of Zagreb Faculty of Economics & Business.
The Journal operates a double anonymized peer-review process (minimum two independent reviewers) according to NISO terminology and is published as a Diamond Open Access journal (no APCs or submission charges), ensuring free and immediate access for both authors and readers.
It publishes high-quality theoretical and empirical research in the fields of business performance, quality management, and organizational excellence (read more in [About] / Aims & Scope).
Language policy: Until 2025, the journal published articles in both Croatian and English. Starting with 2026, all articles will be published in English, while titles, abstracts, and keywords are always published in English to ensure international accessibility.
All articles are available through Hrčak - Portal of Croatian Scientific and Professional Journals (the national open-access platform) and are additionally preserved in the journal’s dedicated Internet Archive collection (archive.org). All published articles are assigned DOI via Crossref.
