YOUR ROLE:
- Assisting in standard L’Oréal monthly reporting
- Support to finance team in daily operational tasks (opening codes in the system based on IFRS, approving Media Plan, ad hoc analysis)
- Providing Financial support and guidance to the Marketing teams
- Follow-up using the accounting system, budget systems and meetings, of marketing and education budgets for the relevant product categories.
- Challenging marketing and education expenditure efficiencies
- Identifying and informing Finance Lead about Marketing Expenses related risks & opportunities
- Ad hoc projects to improve controls / reporting
- Creating financial trends and budgets in line with brand strategy
- Ensuring controls are maintained in line with L'Oréal's group standards and support with year end external audit

- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree in Economics / Operations / Finance
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Has high orientation to details, able to work with the short deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Active and advance use of MS office (with focus on Excel), Power BI and SAP experience is appreciated
- Understand basics of accounting and IFRS
- Enjoys working in dynamic and challenging environment
- Business driven individual and passionate analytical researcher
- Has great planning and follow up skills
- Shows emphasis on proactivity, can present ideas
- Works with responsibility and autonomy
- Fluent in English language
