Marketing Internship
 

• Locations: Zagreb, Split, Vodnjan.
• Duration: Up to 6 months.
• All students in bachelor's and master's final years can apply.

• What will you do?
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Support partner marketing activities, including coordinating joint marketing campaigns and creating marketing collateral.
  • Contribute to demand generation efforts, including lead generation, content creation, and automation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

 
Business Strategy Internship
 

• Location: Zagreb.
• Duration: Up to 6 months.

  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Assist in the formulation and evaluation of business strategies and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for strategic projects.
  • Support the creation of strategic presentations and reports for senior management.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions.

 
Revenue Apprenticeship
 

• Location: Zagreb.
• Duration: 1 year.

  • Assist Demand Management team in analyzing market trends, customer demand, and sales data to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities.
  • Assist in the implementation of demand-related initiatives, projects, and campaigns aimed at driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on demand-related metrics, trends, and performance indicators to track progress and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer and market insights, and relevant software tools to enhance your knowledge and skills.

 
Operations Apprenticeship
 

• Location: Zagreb & Vodnjan.
• Duration: 1 year.
• All graduate students and first-time job seekers can apply.

• What will you do?
  • Use spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to collect and analyze sales data, such as revenue figures & customer information
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, marketing, and revenue, providing insights to the team and management
  • Support with identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement in the sales process
  • Assist in managing the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and updating customer records.
  • Assist in sales forecasting activities by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors
  • Document standard operating procedures and guidelines for revenue-related processes, ensuring consistency and knowledge transfer within the team.
