INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION

All students are kindly asked to read and watch required and suggested materials on CASE STUDY and SEMI-STRUCTURED INTERVIEWS as interrelated research methodology provided below. Based upon materials, before arriving to Zagreb, each student should prepare a list of 5-10 questions aimed for in-field interviews with managers on topics digitalization and sustainability. On the first day of the workshop individually prepared questions will be presented to colleagues in assigned international student team before conducting a qualitative research in the assigned company. Each team will discuss prepared questions collected from individual students and prepare joint question list for the in-field resesearch. As stated in the agenda, in field research will be conducted on the second day of the workshop with managers in Croatian companies or organizations. Timetable of in-field work and all necessary information on companies and organizations which are a subject of the research will be communicated to student teams on the first day of the workshop. Key topic of the in-field research is Digitalization and its role in Sustainable Business.

Your preparation is cruitial for the sucess of your team. Each team member should be well prepared to conduct the interview and case analysis to produce the final team project presentation and short report (i.e. team case study) of a certain Croatian company or organization which will be presented on the third day of the workshop.

As stated before, more information on exact companies in which interviews will be done will follow when participants arrive to Zagreb and when we form international student teams for case studies.
