Job Description
Why is this role important at Infobip?
This role has an aim to support achievement of organizational efficiency by helping with the daily administrative operations of the Front Desk at Alpha Centauri Campus in Zagreb.
The Office Assistant Intern will provide administrative and office support including front desk / receptionist duties, scheduling meetings, supporting offce events and other office support related activities. Further to this, Office Assistant Intern will assist Front Desk Representatives to optimize processes, sort and distribute communications in a timely manner. Given that Office Assistant Intern works with stakeholders on a department or area level, one of the most important responsibilities of Office Assistant Intern is working with a high degree of discretion and attention to detail.

 What will you do?
 ·        Perform front desk / receptionist duties
·        Assist Front Desk Representatives in ways that optimize procedures
·        Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
·        Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
·        Schedule and plan meetings and appointments as necessary
·        Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
·        Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
·        Cooperate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
·        Assist in managing accommodation availability and coordinating guest arrivals and departures when necessary
·        Maintain trusting relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
·        Support in office events

Qualifications
More about you:
 ·        Previous experience working in reception / front office / office assistant is an advantage.
·        You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·        You speak fluently to clients and colleagues and have a great command of both English and Croatian.
·        You possess a highschool degree / diploma.
·        Excellent computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
·        Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and a dynamic personality.
·        High accuracy and attention to detail.
·        Able to prioritize multiple assignments and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
·        Able to work well as a team member in a fast paced environment.
·        Able to work in shifts.
