The Customer Experience (CX) Internship will provide you an opportunity to be a part of an amazing team that provides relevant, timely and actionable insights to actively support Consumer Centric organization. In addition, you will be collecting and analyzing Consumer information coming from a variety of traditional and non-traditional sources, collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve frequent issues, develop, and participate initiatives in order to provide better Customer Experience across Consumer Journey.
 

About the Internship in Customer Experience Department
  • Duration of internship: 6 months, full-time (Monday – Friday)
  • You will be supporting our Consumer Journey team in:
    • Driving data processing from diverse sources by cleaning and transforming them into meaningful information (insights).
    • Supporting the business by proactively seeking information and feedback from all relevant sources to ensure appropriate data is collected, sound analysis is performed, and reports are available and accessible.
    • Streamlining overall findings and insights in relevant reports and provide regularly and timely updates across organization.
    • Be part of cross functional teams to scope, define and deliver commercial programs, projects and initiatives to improve NPS and Consumer experience in the specific stage of the Consumer Journey.
 

Who we’re looking for 
  • (Pre-) Final year student in Economics, Mathematics, Social sciences, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Croatian
  • Good collaborations skills – you will have an opportunity to collaborate with numerous departments and various stakeholders
  • A systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast-changing environment.
  • Analytical mindset with love for consumers  
  • Ability to learn on the go
  • Proactive mindset
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (you will be using it daily)
  • Knowledge of Power BI and market research experience will be considered a plus
