We now have a great opportunity for Internship program in Shopper and customer marketing division in Zagreb, Croatia.
Main responsibilities
You would be expected to:
• Learn about current processes in Shopper&Customer Marketing and dare to challenge them;
• Provide support with VAS for SLO, CRO, BiH market;
• Supporting tailor made trade ads for catalogues, web trade ads, NIVEA web & FB pages promotions ads for respective countries;
• Participation in the creation of promotional material for points of sale;
• Competition report for respective countries, organization of regular store checks to monitor competition and in-store best practices;
• Administrative support to team in CRO and SLO (Purchase orders, sales proposal for promo packs, Master data etc).
• Ad hoc analysis and recommendation of category management projects (Assortment optimization, Shelf recommendation, & Nielsen analysis).
Your Profile
• Final year students
• You have excellent creative abilities and attention to detail;
• Good team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills;
• You can work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
• You are fulltime available as soon as possible, for at least 6 months;
• Advanced MS Office knowledge;
• Good knowledge of SAP would considered as advantage;
• Ability to priorities and manage time effectively;
• Ability to understand market trends;
• Able to be pro-active in addressing issues / problems;
• Knowledge of written and spoken English;
• Slovenian language knowledge would be advantage;
• Can build and develop effective internal and external partnerships.
