Early Career program is a learning opportunity to understand different sides of our business, support important projects & and experience international assignments.
You will live the FMCG life and get to know our core business. Together with other participants from Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, and Slovenia you will participate in various trainings, workshops and learning groups to accelerate the development of key competencies.
You will have an opportunity to work on different assignments within multiple departments in your home country Croatia and you will also have an opportunity to travel abroad.
Early Career program will blend your unique skills with a fast-paced environment, mentoring with leaders, an international community, and exposure to different functions and senior leaders.
This program will last for 12 months.
We are looking for someone with the following experience, skill set and mentality

We are looking for someone with the following experience, skill set and mentality
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (business/MBA/economic background)
- Maximum 2 years after university graduation
- Language Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of Croatian
- Willingness to relocate abroad for a short assignment, in case such option becomes feasible during the term of the employment contract
- Fast learner, curious and thinking out of the box
- Coming up with own initiative, courage for experimentation
- Agility and ability to adjust to dynamic market situation
- Ability to understand and leverage commercial insights
- Team player with good collaboration skills
