DATA PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (m/f)

We are looking for a Partnership Development Data Specialist. If you have basic aviation knowledge, would call yourself persistent and well organized person, we are here to offer you a full time position in a growing international aviation company!
Your prime focus will be nurturing existing relationships with airlines and lessors, researching airlines and lessors’ contacts, establishing contact suitable for a specific inquiry, and systematically assisting data researchers validating data entries.
You would be a part of our Fleets Data team, located in Zagreb.
 
An ideal candidate is a person with basic aviation knowledge, who will work in our Zagreb office, with the company's mentorship. The position does not require any business travel.


If you work for us, your daily activities would include:
  • Based on the scope of data research, independently preparing mailing lists
  • Sending emails with specific inquiries, forwarding the answer to responsible person within the team
  • Maintaining the relationship with airlines and lessors (making sure you are reaching out to the right person and following-up after receiving a response)
  • Researching contacts relevant for providing you with the needed data and/or verifying existing data
  • Maintaining internal CRM system for the Data team (Pipedrive)
 
Must-have for the position:
  • Basic understanding of the roles in the aviation industry (understanding the scope of work for a specific job title)
  • Previous experience with LinkedIn
  • Contact researching skills
  • Excellent command of English language, both oral and written
  • Verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and to collaborate with other team members, problem solve, self-organize, manage own work schedule and time, meeting deadlines
  • Ability to follow, develop and document workflows
  • Must be able to keep data and information confidential
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and advanced Word skills
 
Nice-to-have skills:  
  • Previous airline data experience
  • Previous experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment
  • Previous experience with mySQL databases
  • Language skills in Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Mandarin or Cantonese

Other requirements:
  • The candidate either is a Croatian national, currently has a residency/work permit for Croatia, or is a citizen of a European Union country, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland.
