As a part of our Operations department, we are looking for a part-time intern in Customer Care (m/f) who will have the following impact:
  • Efficiently answering to the client’s requirements (deadlines, shortages, information, disputes)
  • Recording, analysis and follow-up of the dispute situations (complains, deductions, returns etc.) in agreement with the team
  • Establishment of a personalized relationship with the client in order to optimize the service level
  • Proactively ensuring order processing and follow-up until the delivery
  • Archiving all customer/purchase related documentation in appropriate manner
  • Enforcing the credit policy and the application of our sales terms and conditions in term of payment deadlines
  • Collaboration with Credit Manager in order to identify any credit risks and to implement adapted corrective actions.
  • Being responsible for the client accounts clarity in order to reconcile and ensure payment
  • Participating to the implementation of projects in collaboration with the client (ex: information sharing, stock levels optimizations etc.)
  • Proactively communicating towards the hierarchy in case of problems and implement adapted corrective actions.
  • Performing other duties assigned by his/her superior that are related to the job responsibility

IDEAL PROFILE:
  • Preferably in last years of faculty, preferably in economics, logistics, trade or similar faculties
  • Has active student’s rights for minimum 1 year
  • Preferably has similar previous internship / voluntary experience
  • Has highly developed organizational and analytical skills
  • Is business driven & client oriented
  • Has great planning and follow-up skills, being systematic and organized
  • Has good communication skills and the ability to interact with people
  • Is able to handle complex subjects
  • Has good computer knowledge (MS Office)with emphasis on MS Excel
  • Has active knowledge of English and native Croatian
