The MBA Association of the FEB ZG on March 8, 2019 organizes a lecture by Mr. Nenad Bakić on the theme Transformation of Varteks. The lecture will take place at 5 pm in the Congress Hall of the Faculty of Economics & Business in Zagreb.
Croatian companies are struggling to survive on a daily basis, and examples of companies that have evaded the dissaster and pulled to their feet are extremely rare. Varteks is a company with a century-long tradition that, after ten years of decay, has been on the verge of bankruptcy. How recapitalization enabled business stabilization, and what is the company's restructuring plan is the subject of lecture by the President of the Board and Crisis Manager of Varteks, Mr. Nenad Bakić.
