HANFA's Annual Award for students for the best scientific and professional papers for 2022

The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) has released a call to interested absolvents or students to apply for the best student scientific and professional papers within the "HANFA's Annual Award for Students for Best Scientific and Professional Papers" for 2022.
In the papers, one of the proposed topics should be processed:
  1. Insurtech - Potential for the Insurance Industry and its Users
  2. Decentralized Finance - Threat or Catalyst for Financial Services Development?
  3. ESG Funds - Sustainable Investment Leaders?
  4. Predictive analytics in predicting trends and making investment decisions
  5. Digitalization and cyber security - Challenges and opportunities
  6. Sustainability of Public Finance in Economic Postcid Circumstances

A professional paper is to be submitted in the form of a scientific article, in the form of an original scientific article, review article, or professional article. The papers submitted to HANFA no later than 16:00 hrs on August 31, 2022, will be taken into consideration. The papers received after the specified deadline will not be taken into account.
 
The three best papers will be rewarded with the cash amounts of 15.000,00 HKN Net for the best paper, 10,000.00 HKN Net for the second-placed paper, and 5.000,00 HKN Net for the third-placed paper.
 
It is the intention of HANFA, by this invitation, further enhance cooperation with higher education institutions and boost the student community to get closer to the practical level with developments in the financial markets. In addition, this form of cooperation will enable student interactivity with the regulatory body of the financial services sector in the Republic of Croatia. By immediate insight into the financial services market, students have the opportunity to improve their creativity and develop scientific research and reasoning skills and upgrade the knowledge and skills acquired during the study.
