Radoslav Barišić was born in 1983 in Split. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Split. He completed his postgraduate MBA studies at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb in 2011, and his PhD in 2015 at the Faculty of Economics in Split, with the topic "Relationship between competitive dynamics and company performance".
In the period 2007-2012 he was employed in the INA oil industry Zagreb on various tasks within the Retail Management Business Unit.
From 2012 to January 2019, he was employed in the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds, as an Advisor to the Minister for Project Finance and in various management positions in the field of strategic planning and the management of EU funds.
From 2019 to May 2020, he worked at the Zagreb Innovation Center (ZICER) as an assistant director in charge of organization and strategic development programs.
Since May 2020, he has been employed as an assistant professor at the Department of Organization and Management at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb.
He participated in a number of scientific and professional conferences, and is an author of a number of publications on topics in strategic management and competitiveness.
He speaks English actively and speaks Italian passively.
