Prof. Joe Hair, PhD, a leading scholar in the field of quantitative analysis in social sciences, and author of some of the most cited books in that field "Multivariate Data Analysis" and "Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling", on June 11, 2019, visited the Faculty of Economics & Business.
Professor Hair held a workshop dedicated to teachers on modeling structural equations by the partial squares method that allows modeling and testing of complex models with multiple direct, mediating and moderating effects while simultaneously using different variables and without limiting sample size and distribution on individual variables.
