Poster submission

Poster presentations at 11th EMAC regional online will consist of two parts:

1. Poster presentations: a collection of posters (PDFs, image and/or audio/video files) to access from 15th September 2020 until 19th September 2020.
2. Poster Q&A session: registered conference participants will be able to access the posters from 15th September 2020 until 19th September 2020. 
3. During the conference, 2 live Q&A sessions will be dedicated to posters.
4. Poster presenters will be organized into sessions based on topics and keywords. Each session will be held via Zoom meeting for a live Q&A. Each presenter will introduce themselves and their poster topic (5 minutes) and then take questions via the chat function.
5. In order to ensure maximum feedback and engagement, we advise poster presenters to invite conference participants in their field to attend their session. 

TECHNICAL GUIDELINES
Formatting: please use a typical paper size aspect ratio of 1:1.4 (such as A3, A2, A1, A0). Please remember that attendees will be viewing posters on their computer screens. We recommend that posters be readable without zoom when displayed at full-screen width.
File type: PDF, JPG or PNG files are accepted.
File size: please keep the document size up to 2 MB.
