Notification on the Stock Exchange of elective courses 2019/2020

Students who in the academic year 2019/2020 enroll to the 3rd, 4th or 5th year of the Integrated University Study and so far have not reiterated a year (rank list of students is available at the following link>>>) are selecting the elective courses through the APPLICATION for selection of elective courses as follows:

In the application (available at the following link>>>), students choose the elective courses they want to enroll (taking into account the TIMETABLE (WINTER SEMESTER and SUMMER SEMESTER) and PREREQUISITES for the enrollment in a particular course, which depends on the year they enroll. The use of the application for selection of elective courses will be enabled from Sept. 04, 2019 at 12:00  until Sept. 06, 2019 at 12:00, during which time you can apply for an unlimited number of times, change course selections and set priorities. Courses will be available from September 4, 2019, at 12:00 until September 6, 2019, at 12:00, during which time you can apply for an unlimited number of times, change course selections and set priorities.
 
In the application, the student must select 5 different courses for the winter semester and 5 courses for the summer semester with their respective priority and will be assigned to courses according to the required number of ECTS and the stated priority, for which he/she is eligible to enroll.
While the application is enabled, provisional ranking lists will be generated by courses and your position in the course will be displayed for the selected courses if you are within the quota.
 
After selecting the desired set of objects and their respective priorities, it is MANDATORY to save the changes by pressing the Save Selection button.
 
Please, for the privacy of your information, after you have made all the changes you wanted to do or just viewed the current rankings, exit the application by clicking the Sign Out button.
 
If an unexpected error occurs in the application, try to logout and then log back in and perform the desired actions.
 
It is to be expected that rank for a particular course will often change due to the selection of other students. Only after the application is closed the final rankings will be made and its results will be published on the faculty web pages at the following link >>>.
 
 
IMPORTANT! Students enrolling into 3rd year of Integrated Studies ie. into the 5th or 6th semester, respectively, take courses for a minimum of 6 ECTS credits (6 + 6 ECTS credits). Students enrolling into the 4th year of Integrated Studies, into the 7th and 8th semester, respectively, choose courses for a minimum of 12 ECTS (12 + 12 ECTS). Students enrolling in the 5th year of Integrated Studies, into the 9th semester choose courses of min. 10 ECTS credits, ie into the 10th semester for a minimum of 6 ECTS credits (10 + 6 ECTS credits). Before closing down and submitting the final selection, the student is obliged to harmonize all teaching requirements and eliminate the possibility of overlapping the class schedule, taking into account the time of holding of some elective courses (the schedule is available on the Faculty's web site), as well as whether it meets the requirements for enrollment in one of the courses. ** Students are ranked according to the grade point average calculated on the basis of passed exams and completed seminar papers (up to and including August 24, 2019). For students with the same grade point average, preference will be given to students with more ECTS credits in the last and this academic year.
 
! Students who do not meet the requirements for enrollment in the senior year LOSE THE RIGHT to enroll in the elective courses they have chosen through the Exchange!
 
 
ENROLLMENTS into 3rd, 4th and 5th year for students who have completed elective courses through the application!!!
All students who will exercise the right to enroll in the desired elective courses through the pre-selection procedure will enroll in the third, fourth, or fifth year of study exclusively with the student's register officer (according to the schedule which will be subsequently published by the Student Register). ALL OTHER  students choose elective courses when enroll for the senior year according to the number of vacancies within the set quotas. Enrollments in the senior year of study will be carried out via studomat through the ISVU system, and the exact schedule and timing of enrollment for individual groups of students will be published by the Student Office on the Faculty's website.
