Invited lecture by Ms. Tatjana Skoko, Director of Microsoft Croatia

Today's leaders are looking for new ways to take advantage of market opportunities through the application of digital innovative technologies intended to create an intelligent business system that will enable: the creation of a superior user experience, empowering employees, optimization, and creation of innovative business operations and transformation of products to create competitive advantage. However, digital transformation is much more than building technological infrastructure and automating business processes. Digital transformation requires nurturing an organizational culture of permanent creation of innovation.

Ms. Tatjana Skoko, Director of Microsoft Croatia is a passionate leader and proven executive manager with over 20 years of experience in the ICT sector, and 10+ years of experience in Management with a strong focus and experience in implementing Digital Transformation. Ms. Tatjana graduated from the Faculty of Economics & Business in Zagreb, majoring in Organization and Management, and also holds an MBA and a Master of Science degree.
