6th National student competition in the creation of eco - innovative food products
The aim of the competition is to stimulate students' innovativeness and creativity, to create new eco - innovative products based on student ideas, and their placement and promotion on the national and European markets.
The competition also promotes multidisciplinary teams and links knowledge from different areas (food technology, biotechnology, nutrition, agronomy, economics, design and marketing).
Past participants have shown exceptional creativity and ability, and winning teams have achieved very good results in European competitions.
