Antonio Vlahov is Associate Professor at the Department of Tourism, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. At the same Faculty he holds following courses: Tourism Principles (undergraduate university study programme), Hotel Management (Graduate university study programme); Hotel Operations and Management of Travel Agencies (Professional undergraduate study programme, major: Tourism Business Operations). In 2007, he completed the Education Program for acquiring the competences of higher education teachers in the fields of didactics, psychology, rhetoric, Croatian language and informatics, organized by the Faculty of Philosophy and Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. Since 2008 he has been the secretary of the specialist postgraduate programme Tourism Management at the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb and is also the secretary of the examining board for the professional examinations for tourist guides. Also he has been actively participating in special international tourism education programs within the ITHAS project (International Tourism and Hospitality Academy at Sea). In May of 2018 he participated in ERASMUS + program at the Universidad de Quintana Roo, Chetumal, Mexico.
