Biography
Karlo Vujeva, PhD, graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb, majoring in Economics in September 2016. During his studies, he was a student assistant at the Department of Economic Theory and at the Department of Macroeconomics and Economic Development. In addition, he was on a student internship at the Croatian National Bank (HNB), in the Directorate for Financial Stability. After completing his graduate studies at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, he received a scholarship for the "Master in Economic Development and Growth" (MEDEG) master's degree at the Carlos III University in Madrid. In September 2018, he defended his master's thesis on "Growth Diagnostics of Croatia" in Madrid. He attended several summer and winter schools, workshops and courses, including Maastricht Summer School, Spring University Prague and HSE Moscow Winter School. Since October 2018, he has been employed as a research and teaching assistant at the Department of Finance at the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb. In August 2024, he defended his doctoral thesis "Monetary policy and TARGET2 imbalances within the Eurosystem". Currently, he participates in conducting seminar classes in the courses "Monetary Policy" and "International Financial Management".CV-Europass-HRV
