Career overview:
Prof. Slakoper graduated in 1983 and started as a trainee in local administration and court. 1985 he started to work in foreign trade company, passed bar exam and enrolled postgraduate study. In 1992 prof. Slakoper was employed as assistant on Faculty of Economics & Business, 1994 became master of law and 1998 PhD (thesis in field of private limited liability companies) and status of assistant professor (“docent”). 2003 he became professor, 2008 full professor and 2013 tenured professor. In 2004 prof. Slakoper had split his work engagement accepting 75% of engagement on Faculty of Law University in Rijeka and remaining 25% engaged on Faculty of Economics & Business University of Zagreb.
