Employers, sign up to participate in this year’s Business Matchmaker which, with a shift into the future, will emerge online!
Applications for companies for Business Matchmaker have started, a unique speed dating event organized by the Counseling and Career Development Office (CCDO) of the Faculty of Economics & Business - Zagreb and the student association eSTUDENT with the aim of connecting successful companies with final year students of the Faculty of Economics & Business - Zagreb. Given the "new normal" event will be held online and in early May 2021.
Namely, Business Matchmaker is a project in which students of economic orientation present themselves to you, their potential employers, through a combination of speed dating and job interviews. Employers, who have an insight into the CVs of registered students in advance, have the opportunity to get to know the students in short selection interviews, followed by an evaluation from both sides. Then the employers will select the three students who had impressed them the most and would have a longer interview with them.
By participating in the Business Matchmaker, each company presents itself to a large number of students, to whom they present career development and employment opportunities. At the same time, they have the opportunity to meet young talents and maybe find a new member for their team. In this way, both employers and students benefit from the mutual satisfaction, and both parties gain a new experience of the selection process in the online environment!
