Faculty of Economics & Business - Zagreb

Cinema at FEB ZG organized by the Economic Clinic is starting again

After a successful first edition in May, "Cinema at EFZG" is starting again and the next screening is scheduled for October 23 at the Congress Hall of the Faculty of Economics & Business, starting at 6:00 pm.
The goal remained the same - through interesting film screenings in an enjoyable and informal atmosphere to bring students closer to the economic theory that is otherwise addressed within the courses at FEB ZG.

All you need is a desire for some knowledge and good fun, The Economics Clinic provides movie and popcorn and those with the most luck and worthwhile rewards!

What's on our movie repertoire this time?

We'll be watching a thriller Snowden that reveals that Edward Snowden, an employee of the National Security Agency, found out what kind of illegal acts the agency is actually dealing with. Feeling that mass surveillance of the population was not moral, he decided to make the evidence public.

• Do you ever think of someone spying on you through a camera on your laptop or through your TV?
• Does Google offer you adverts for products you just talked about before with your friends?
• So if Facebook has revealed all the information about us, who else has access to it and how safe are we?

Well, we will try to answer all these questions through a movie and a panel discussion with an interesting guest lecturer, followed by a movie!

Book next Wednesday and see you at the FEB ZG Congress Hall!
