Call for new members of the FEBZG Debate Club

Are you a student and do you want to use your free time in a useful and fun way? Are you a freshman and want to meet new, interesting people like yourself? Are you an older student who wants to make the most of their last years or months of study by working on themselves? Do you want to feel a sense of belonging, meet people of different attitudes, interests, and beliefs, gain experience, learn new and useful things? Are you struggling with nervousness and stage fright due to public appearances and would like to change that?

The solution for the above-mentioned is the FEBZG Debate Club!
 
The Debate Club is an association that puts teamwork in the first place, and the members support each other and thus rise in business and privately. In our association, you can gain experience by working on projects, internal training, team building, but also by going out to various events together. It sounds like a lot, but believe us, it doesn't take much time because you plan your time and choose where you want to be present.

The structure of our Association consists of 5 teams, and you may choose 2 in which you would like to be: The Debaters Team, HR & Education, PR & Marketing, Project Management Team, and Sales & Sponsorship.
 
Debaters Team
The Debaters Team is engaged in studying current topics and learning how to turn opinions into concrete, elaborated, and example-based arguments. Also, the role of this team is to inform the members of the Association about current issues in Croatia.
 
HR & Education
Hr & Education is a team in charge of educating all members of the Association, monitoring their personal progress, and further training. At the same time, the team is engaged in organizing meetings, team building, informal gatherings to bring all members together.
 
PR & Marketing
The PR & Marketing team is the main one for promoting the Association, projects, and all activities while creating and maintaining a certain image. Members of this team are in charge of creating a visual identity and marketing plan for projects, writing articles, and running an online platform.
 
Project Management Team
The Project Management Team is in charge of organizing projects. From the initial idea for the project, the decision to implement, communicating with potential guests, to the realization of the project, is the whole process through which members go through and learn about organizing and business communication.
 
Sales & Sponsorship
Sales & Sponsorship is a team for successful cooperation with potential sponsors from the business world. The members of this team place special emphasis on conveying the vision of the entire association to our potential associates.
