Assoc. Prof. Tomislav Hernaus, Ph.D., appointed Visiting Professor at SEBLU

The Senate of the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana – SEBLU, at its session held on January 25, 2021, appointed Assoc. Prof.Tomislav Hernaus, Ph.D., from the Department of Organization and Management of the Faculty of Economics & Business - Zagreb to the status of Visiting Professor for a period of five years (2021-2025). This continues the successful cooperation so far, which has formally lasted since 2016 and his first election to the status of visiting professor.
The action plan for future cooperation will include the participation of Assoc. Prof. Tomislav Hernaus, Ph.D., in teaching (at the courses Human Resource Management and Modern Organizational Theory) and work on joint scientific research activities (scientific project Organizational design in the digital era funded by the Public Research Agency of the Republic of Slovenia,  https://humanizingdigitalwork.com; Global work design project of the RoC division of the professional international association Academy of Management; research project of the Croatian Science Foundation Multilevel configuration of organizational design: understanding the duality between heterogeneity and homogeneity).
The Faculty of Economics of the University of Ljubljana is a triple-accredited higher education institution (EQUIS, AACSB, and AMBA) which is listed among the 90 best business schools in Europe according to the Financial Times European Business School Rankings 2020, and named one of the three best business schools in the region. Among their visiting professors are scientists from world-renowned universities such as the University of Michigan, the University of Massachusetts - Amherst, and the University of North Carolina (USA), ETH Zurich and the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), and Eindhoven University of Technology (The Netherlands).
