Are you an Accountant ready to take the next step in your career? We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented professional to join our Administration team and play a key role in our international financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Expense Processing: Posting expenses on our ERP (NetSuite)
• Accounts Management: Overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes for accuracy and timeliness
• Reconciliation: Reconciling different cost sources
• Cost Control: Conducting cost control measures
• Tax and Legal Compliance: Help with the tax report submissions to authorities
• Salary Assistance: Providing assistance for salary calculations and payments
• Regulatory Alignment: Aligning current processes with accounting regulations
• Global Collaboration: Liaising with External Accountants in various countries
• Financial Analysis: Performing financial analysis and generating reports
Competencies:
• Detail Orientation: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Communication Mastery: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Team and Independence: Can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Accounting Knowledge: Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional accounting experience
• Accounting Standards: Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Regulatory Familiarity: Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite, SAP or another ERP
• Local Knowledge: Knowledge of Croatian payroll regulations and experience in payroll processing is a plus
• Language Mastery: Fluent in English and Croatian, both verbal and written
