Main responsibilities
You would be expected to:
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities such as:
- Creation of purchase orders
- Support in SAP (price check, stock report check, etc.)
- Support with NART openings (Master data)
- Operational support to Marketing Manager and Brand Managers
- preparation of data, reports, presentations and analysis of prices, markets and competition within the framework of corporate guidelines
- participation in the revision of forms for product listing
- participation in the preparation of campaigns (incl. cooperation with influencers)
- Packing and sending PR gifts when needed
- You can work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- You are fulltime available for at least 12 months;
- Enjoy teamwork and working independently, communicative, result-oriented and ambitious
- Fluent in English and native Croatian speaker;
- Can build and develop effective internal and external partnerships
