Faculty of Economics & Business - Zagreb and PwC Croatia have joined forces and this year for the second time organized a certified training entitled "Fundamentals of tax literacy: tax and accounting aspects of income tax, profit, and VAT", which aim to influence the improvement of tax literacy of the business community.
In a clear, simple and transparent way the tax benefits and basic principles of taxation in modern tax systems, with particular emphasis on the tax system of the Republic of Croatia will be presented to the attendants of education. They will acquire knowledge about basic types of taxes and learn how to calculate income tax, profit, and VAT, and will reconsider the possibilities of lawful improvement of the tax position, ie reduction of the tax burden.
In addition to the classical lectures, the training will also consist of tax and accounting workshops and will use the case analysis method and numerous practical examples.
