The project coordinator is Západočeská univerzita v Plzni (University of West Bohemia in Pilsen), while project leader at the Faculty of Economics and Business - Zagreb is Associate Professor Mihovil Anđelinović, Ph.D., and other project members Associate Professor Davor Labaš, Ph.D., and Ms. Ana Pavković, Ph.D. A total of 7 partners will participate in the project activities: 6 partners including higher education institutions: Faculty of Economics and Business - Zagreb (HR), Vysoká kola báská – Technická univerzita Ostrava (CZ), Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Amberg-Weiden (DE), Universidade da Madeira (PT), Häme University of Applied Sciences (FI), and Universidad de Extremadura (ES), while the remaining partner is a renowned IT company Danmar Computers (PL).

The primary goal of the project is to distinctly reflect and promote a sustainable approach in the context of SDGs in society and the economy via the creation of an international educational module (with national modifications). This education module will to large degree respect and use digital trends and modern tools of distance learning. The use of these tools reflects not only the needs that have arisen due to the current and ongoing pandemic but the generally growing trend of actively involving these tools in education.

Specific project outputs:
  • An educational module in English focused on applying sustainability, goals of sustainable development and entrepreneurship,
  • Pilot testing of an educational module with local specifications for partner countries,
  • A digital platform/website on which the educational module for distance education will be available,
  • A digital platform/website with available distance learning modules,
  • Modification of the educational module into the languages of the partner countries,
  • The “(Pre)Incubation/Acceleration KIT” tool – a collection of tools/manuals for the development of students’ entrepreneurial/project goals with the application of the SDGs concept,
  • A functional international partner network for cooperation within the area of the mentioned project topics.
