Marking the Day of the Faculty the Department for Business Foreign Languages organizes:
Exhibition of the Manuals for learning business foreign languages
For international business, especially in the light of recent EU processes the communication competencies (so-called soft-skills) in more languages become an increasingly important factor – as a barrier or a source of strength and business success. Through this exhibition of part of the manual owned by the FEB Library, the Department for Business Languages also seeks to stimulate students to self-contained, proactive personal development of professional and academic competencies.
The aim of the conference is to provide a more systematic inter-department co-operation on the outcoming competencies (communication skills and teamwork skills, knowledge synthesis and counseling skills, competencies and reflection).
Participants are invited speakers of the European Commission Representation in Zagreb and companies as well as all teachers and students from FEB interested in presenting skills.
