The 3rd International Conference on European Company Law and Corporate Governance in the organization of the Department of Law will be held at the Faculty of Economics & Business of the University of Zagreb on December 6 and 7, 2018.
The aim of the conference is to discuss current issues in the area such as the implementation of digital solutions, cross-border transactions, rights and obligations of shareholders, specific rules for financial institutions, public administration interventions in the management of companies, etc. Through the above themes, the conference will enable participants to inspect new trends in the development of European company law and corporate governance and the application of acquired experience and knowledge in further scientific and practical work.
The conference brings together leading European experts in the field of corporate law and corporate governance, as well as young scientists, students and practitioners who meet every day with the issues of corporate law and corporate governance.
Registration will be accepted by November 30, 2018. Teachers and students of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb are exempted from paying of the registration fee.
