Mr. Tetsuya Kaida, General Manager Projects of Toyota Motor Corporation held the lecture on November 29, 2010 at the Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb. The topic of the lecture was "Space and Wind, Behind Corporate Value Development".

Kaida-san is manager in Corporate Value Creation Department in Toyota Motor Corporation.
This encounter with the spirit of Japan is brought to you by Toyota Motor Corporation’s Corporate Value Creation Department – JOV. An unconventional department, JOV is serving as an ambassador of Japanese culture, values and originality, and its international members are on the ultimate pursuit to understanding multicultural differences and achieve mutual growth through the exploration of individual and collective originality.

So far, JOV has established four creative centers in Bangkok, Bilbao, Bucharest and Chicago as part of its Global Creative Network. The centers are incubators of new ideas and cradles of creativity for future generations.
As part of its activities JOV sees the importance of connecting with the young generation, as the key producer of ideas for the future. With that in mind, JOV has developed an Academic Network, with universities around the world. Among them the Romanian-American University, the Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb, the International University of Japan and the Deusto University Bilbao are the pillars of that network.
